REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of KrownedbyKia Collection, and Health and Safety Regulations/Standards by Federal Law, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we currently are not accepting returns. There are a few exceptions to this policy please read below to see if you meet the criteria.

The only exception to this is receiving the incorrect order. Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without removing any articles attached or opening the bundles. All items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition/packaging. ANY changes to the hair including combing, brushing, removal of tags etc will forfeit a exchange/credit. We have the right to refuse any items that we deem to look tampered with in any way. To request an exchange for the incorrect order email krownedbykiad@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt of products. Allow 24-48 hours for a reply. 

SHIPPING POLICY:
KrownedbyKia ships via USPS priority shipping starting at $9.95. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared. It takes 2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to process your order. After 48 business hours processing it will take 2-3 business to receive your package. You will receive your tracking number on or before the 3rd business day. All orders placed after 3:00 pm EST are considered placed the next business day. In most cases we will ship your items before that. Your billing address and shipping address MUST MATCH, or your order will be CANCELLED/REFUNDED. We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, invalid address or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES 
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.  Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for delivery. The responsible party is now USPS and they can be contacted by calling 1-800-275-8777 or online at USPS.com.

LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost,  contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days but we cannot control how long it may take. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS's investigation results. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense if we are at fault.

Very Important:
Please note that all items that are shipped are done under video surveillance due to fraud attempts. This is for protection of the company and the client to ensure you are receiving the correct products.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK POLICY:
KrownedbyKia does not tolerate credit card fraud. No expense will be spared and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be “KrownedbyKia” If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and RECEIVED, there will be a $125.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you DID make the purchase. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling  your bank.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES/STOLEN CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:
We log IP addresses on ALL orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. If you have been a victim of a fraudulent charge, please cancel your credit card and email a copy of your filed police report.
KrownedbyKia considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to notify us by phone that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter.
Customers who file chargebacks will no longer be able to purchase from our company. NO EXCEPTIONS!
